As well as our flagship office on Cannon Hill Road, we are part of a national network of leading independent estate agents with over 450 offices throughout the Country all working together to provide the best possible service. As a result of our national presence, we are able to gain a lot of relocation work and many of our buyers come to us from areas outside Coventry. If your agent only has an office in Coventry, they may have to rely on a more local field of buyers.

In this modern age it is essential that your estate agent makes the best use of the computer technology available.

Our database of properties and home buyers enables us to match and mail a new instruction to all suitable buyers as soon as we get the go ahead to market, and every time a new buyer registers with us, we are able to instantly identify which properties meet their requirements and send them details straight away. This also provides a prompt for people we have sent details to in order that we can follow up with a telephone call to discuss the properties we have sent them.

Staff

We firmly believe that the experience and knowledge of the people currently working in an estate agency is much more important than the age of the company. That is why all our staff are highly trained and experienced at dealing with property transactions in the Coventry and Warwickshire areas. With the lack of regulation in estate agency meaning that literally anyone can open a shop and trade as an estate agent, a flashy office is no guarantee of a good service. Look out for signs of professionalism, such as membership of The Guild of Professional Estate agents.

Parking

As the cost of city centre car parking seems to go up almost every month, we believe that is important for buyers and sellers to know that they can come to visit us in our office anytime without the worry of how much the car park is going to cost. Our office on Cannon Hill Road has FREE PARKING available all day every day.

Opening Hours

While many estate agents seem to be working shorter and shorter hours, we have found that in order to keep up with the amount of activity going on we have had to extend our opening hours. We are open from 9am until 5.30pm Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. 9am until 7pm on Tuesdays, and from 9am until 5pm on Saturdays.

Having conducted a survey of estate agents opening hours, we have found that many estate agents close at lunch time on Saturdays. We find this astonishing as Saturday is our busiest day of the week.
