Our legal services are provided by two independent legal firms. These are MHM Solicitors which is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and Premier Property Lawyers which is regulated by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers.

All clients are allocated an experienced case handler who will see the matter through from beginning to end. The case handler, and supporting colleagues are available at any time to talk to you by phone, and will, in any event, constantly update you during the entire transaction. Meanwhile, progress of the case is available to the client 24/7 on the internet, and if requested we can keep clients updated on progress by sending SMS Text messages to their mobile phone. As we provide these services through two independent legal firms we are able to act on both sides of a transaction, i.e. for the buyer and seller of a property. This can enable us to reduce the time taken to complete the overall process.

Remortgages

We can also carry out the legal work for re-mortgages very efficiently. We know the remortgage process inside out and have designed our systems and processes to make sure that every stage happens when it should - without delay.
